In order for us to review your credit reports for potential inaccuracies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), we will need you to first obtain copies of your reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
Please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the attached video tutorial. This will show you how to access and pull your credit reports through Experian’s website and save them as PDF documents.
Be sure to pull all three of your reports – Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion – so we can do a complete review. The video below outlines how to navigate Experian’s website to download your reports from each bureau.
Once you have saved the PDF copies of your three credit reports, you will be able to upload and submit them through our secure portal. Our team will then thoroughly analyze them for any inaccurate information that could be hurting your credit.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues accessing your credit reports. Providing us with your complete reports is crucial for identifying errors so that we can dispute them on your behalf. Thank you!
