Elliot Gale graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a BA in History. Later, Mr. Gale earned his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in 2008. After earning his JD, Mr. Gale interned at the Santa Clara County Public Defender’s office before accepting an associate position at a local Personal Injury firm. Thereafter, Mr. Gale practiced for nine years as a senior associate at a consumer bankruptcy firm. As a senior associate, Mr. Gale oversaw more than one thousand Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Filings and developed the firm’s Consumer litigation department into one of the top ten prolific consumer litigation firms in the country. During this time Mr. Gale argued before both the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the 9th Circuit Court of appeals. Mr. Gale became a founding Partner in Gale, Angelo, Johnson & Patrick P.C. in 2019.
In his spare time Mr. Gale, enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, three children, and all things “Gators” related.

Aulbach v. Experian Info. Solutions, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 69004 (N.D. Cal. 2017), (finding plaintiff stated a claim for inaccuracy where credit report did not reflect the terms of debtor’s confirmed Chapter 13 plan.)
Cristobal v. Equifax Inc., 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63571 (N.D. Cal. April 26, 2017)(finding plaintiff stated a claim for inaccuracy where credit line did not report that debt was subject to pending bankruptcy in accordance with Metro 2 codes, even if her credit report otherwise noted the fact of bankruptcy.

Jan. 20, 2017) (“Nissou-Raban stands for the proposition that a furnisher that reports delinquent debts during the pendency of a bankruptcy should also report the fact that a bankruptcy is pending so that creditors know that those delinquent debts may be discharged in the future”).
Lugo v. Experian Info. Solutions, 2017 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 134460 (N.D. Cal. Aug. 22, 2017)(holding that Plaintiff properly alleged an inaccuracy where the account status was Charged Off rather than notating the bankruptcy discharge even where 13 the balance and past due balance were zero.)
